This notice covers only an enquiry initiated by email or telephone about OSINT Detektyw services.
It does not establish the legal basis for analysing a third person or for later handling of case documents.

Responding to the enquiry and considering cooperation
For an individual acting personally, requested pre-contract steps may rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For representatives of organisations and general enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) supports responding and business communication.
The legitimate interest is limited to handling an enquiry initiated by the sender and short administrative continuity. It does not include profiling, enrichment or unsolicited marketing.
Retention and rights
No longer than needed for the stated purpose
If no cooperation follows, correspondence is deleted within 90 days after the contact ends, subject to a separate legal obligation, dispute, complaint or claim.
You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection depending on the basis, and the right to complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
